- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪A friend of mine called this establishment to ask if they accepted Washington Apple Health insurance while I was sitting next to her. The receptionist hung up on her! She called back and asked again, very politely for how how she had just been treated. The receptionist said, "No." In a very rude manner. Working in any field you are supposed to remain professional, not hang up on potential patients just because- what? You're sick of people calling and asking if you accept insurance? I work in dental. I understand the frustrations with Apple. But you obviously need to hire more professional employees or train them in customer service if you don't wish to fire them.January 24, 2017by M M
